This version is the second one and consists of four episodes. The first one consists of two OVAs. Both have very different endings. I really liked the anime style of the 2012 version. Another big detail between the two is that the first is much more visual in regards to the adult content. 2012 Ai no Kusabi is a 2012 OVA that serves as a remake of a previous OVA of the same name. It aired in Japan from January 18, 2012 to April 18, 2012. Media Blasters has licensed the series and will be releasing the series on December 19, 2017.
