How to Use Cheats
If you want to use any of these cheats, you need to make sure that cheats are enabled before doing anything! First you need to open up the cheat box by hitting ctrl + shift + c and then typing in testingcheats true which will allow cheats to work. Then you can just type in any of the trait cheats listed below, and they should work.
Regular Trait Cheats
The following are the cheats to add some new regular traits into your sim’s personality. These are the types of traits that you would be able to give your sim when you make them in create a sim, or when they are aging up.

The following trait gives sims who are in the active Doctor Career resistance from being sick which can also make them get healthy faster.

Sims 4 Cheats for Twin or Triplets
To use the cheat code to get a Twin or Triplet you will have to find your Sims ID Number. This is a 18 digit long number. To get the the id type the following in cheat console.
Sims 4 Cheats Sex Mod
- sims.get_sim_id_by_name FirstName LastName
- Example – sims.get_sim_id_by_name Mary Jane
You will see the Sim’s identification number on the screen. Note down and then use the below cheat code to get a Twin or Triplets in Sims 4.
- Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count “18 Digit Sim ID”
- Example – Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count 000000000000000 3
The number 3 is to force Triplets. You can change that to 2 if you want Twins.

You can push the Sim into labor with below cheat code and have the baby in your household. Once you are done with finding the Sim’s ID and the amount of babies you want, you can use the below code to delivery babies.
